Sliced Beef Brisket
Melt in your mouth, delicious! Cooked low and slow for over 16 hours on our rotisserie smoker. Please, no fights over the savory, candy-like bark that forms over the brisket! Served sliced, and unsauced. Be sure to purchase sauce separately, if desired. Serving tong(s) included. 1 pound typically serves 2 – 3.		 $18.50
St. Louis Ribs
