We are sanitizing and changing gloves between each transaction. Every part of our process around food is done with gloves on and changing gloves each time. Old Gold Barbecue is a food trailer parked at Metazoa Brewing Company serving traditional Central Texas barbecue. We offer a full selection of traditional Texas-style slow-smoked meats and sides. We smoke our meats low and slow on an all wood fire barbecue pit for 14-16 hours using Texas Post Oak.

Smoked Meats by the 1/2 LB
Prime Brisket
Sliced Prime Brisket smoked for 12-16 hours on an all wood fire. We recommend a 1/2LB per person for the average eater! Served with White Bread, Pickles, Onions, Jalapenos, and BBQ Sauce.		 $13.00
Pulled Pork
Pulled Pork shoulder. Smoked on an all wood fire for 8-10 hours. We recommend a 1/2LB per person for the average eater! Served with White Bread, Pickles, Onions, Jalapenos, and BBQ Sauce.		 $9.00
Pork Spare Ribs
Pork Spare Ribs. We use full spares which are meatier and larger than your normal ribs. Depending on where on the rack we cut it can be 2 large ribs or 3-4 of an end. We recommend 1/2 LB as a light meal or 1LB for someone who is hungrier. Served with white bread, pickles, onions, jalapenos and barbecue sauce.		 $9.00
Turkey
Sliced Turkey Breast that is brined and smoked for 4 hours on an all wood fire. We recommend a 1/2LB per person for the average eater! Served with White Bread, Pickles, Onions, Jalapenos, and our Liquid Gold Sauce.		 $10.00
Sausage
Jalapeno & White Cheddar Sausage made by Old Major Market about 1/3 of a LB Mild Spicy and Cheesy // Occasional rotating housemade sausage flavors		 $6.00

Chopped Brisket Sandwich
1/3 of a LB of Chopped Prime Brisket mixed with barbecue sauce served on a toasted Amelia’s Pullman bun. Pickles, white onion, and jalapenos are on the side. Served with a bag of chips or you can upgrade to a different side!		 $14.00
