St. Pete Meat & Provisions is a family-owned butcher shop designed to provide St. Petersburg and surrounding areas with naturally nutritious and delicious meats and curated provisions. We source responsibly raised animals from local and regional farms. We specialize in whole animal butchery, which allows us to offer a variety of cuts, while utilizing as much as we can from each animal. We cut, cure, and dry-age in house. All of our seasonings are house made, and our provisions are thoughtfully-sourced.
