J. Carolyn Thompson is the owner and top chef of Carolyn’s. J. Carolyn began as a caterer in 2011, catering many events such as Birthdays, Weddings, Graduations, Corporate Training & Seminars, Conferences and many other events. In 2017 J. Carolyn became certified as a MWBE ( Minority Woman Business Enterprise). This certification allows Joan to cater many contracted opportunities with government agencies. J. Carolyn takes pride in preparing her dishes with special seasonings and ingredients. J. Carolyn believes that the presentation along with the taste and flavor of each dish is the key of a successful event.
