We are an Artisanal Butcher Shop, specializing in locally sourced, naturally raised proteins. We specialize in Grass-fed & finished beef, Heritage breed Pork, Pasture raised Chicken and Lamb. We cut whole carcasses and fabricate everything from scratch in our shop.
We also offer monthly and private Dinners here at Louise Earl, that are custom built around your needs. These take place in our private dinning space that can accommodate 32 people seated. A perfect space for your next celebration, business dinner, or shower.
Classes and workshops are held throughout the year for Sausage Making, Butchering, and Cooking techniques.
