What’s the deal with the name?
Betelgeuse is a supergiant star in the Orion constellation. It’s a short mental walk when you think about Houston, Space City, NASA, space culture, astronomy, etc. As Houstonians we’ve always loved space so we started thinking about fitting names for the bar that might involve that. And here we are!

We’re great for first dates, breakups, weird art, large groups, an afternoon cocktail while reading a book or finishing some work, karaoke, late night DJs, Flaming Dr. Peppers, sci-fi bathroom hallways, and friendly bartenders.
