Aloha! Merriman’s Waimea is excited to have reopened. We’ve come up with fun and innovative ways to reconnect with our community in a casual, yet safer setting. Continuing to do our best to support local, like Hawaii’s farmers, fishermen, cattlemen, and chocolatiers, even some of our favorite local breweries are featured. We continue to showcase the freshest regional ingredients possible and will ensure that the safety of our staff and guests is always first, as masks are required, social distancing is practiced and state regulations are all respected.
