BHR has earned a loyal following as one of Sullivan County’s premier restaurants since the 1960’s. Our American Fish & Steak House menus feature the freshest meat and seafood around. We use local ingredients wherever possible, such as Murray’s Chicken, Hudson Valley Cattle Company Beef, Beaverkill Trout and many other farms from here and far. We think it’s important to know where your food comes from. We make a special effort in procuring our menu from sustainable sources, therefore our menus changes several times a year. We work very hard to create our weekly specials menu. Unlike most restaurant specials, which are created from foods that are getting dated, we order our food especially for the specials.
