We’re Brass Pig Smoke & Alehouse and we’ve been a smoked BBQ restaurant here in Bloomington, IL, since 2019. We believe in smoking our locally sourced meats daily and adding a twist to our every day sandwiches, like Italian beef, brisket point burger and our Notorious P.I.G.- A Carolina styled pulled pork sandwich. We started this business when I bought a smoker ten years ago and what started out as a hobby became a passion, add in my enjoyment of great bourbon and the brass pig was born. We’re looking forward to adding locations to serve Bloomington and the surrounding areas.
