What two things go great together? Craft beer and delicious BBQ. Not only does Smoqued BBQ offer these two items separately, but we also blend them together when smoking to create a rich and complex flavor.
In addition to offering great selections of beer and BBQ, what else do we do? We do all this with another goal in mind– lowering our carbon footprint. Instead of using a conventional wood smoker , we use an electric smoker. Old wood burning smokers use 50 TIMES more wood than our electric smoker does, and all while cooking the same amount of meat. We also lower our footprint by using paper-products that have either been recycled or that are eco-friendly.
