Located in Iowa City’s Northside neighborhood, Marco’s Island is a new restaurant striving to give you a feeling of the Caribbean while nestled in Iowa’s heartland. Our goal is to give you a different menu than you’re used to with a focus on seafood, smoked / BBQ, tasty salads, tropical drinks and a vibrant atmosphere.
