Bienvenidos a La Nueva Ola Food Company! The name La Nueva Ola is an homage to my Abuela Gloria’s bar in Orocovis, Puerto Rico. As a kid, I always knew I wanted to have my own restaurant where I can showcase the delicious flavors of our cultura borinquen and share my passion of cooking and serving others. We specialize in a variety of authentic plates cooked fresh, starting your day with Cremitas or huevo, jamón y queso sandwiches for breakfast, to hearty lunch like Mofongo con Carne Frita o Camarones al Ajillo, Chicharrón de Pollo con tostones with rice & beans. On Saturday and Sundays, we will take you on a journey to Orocovis with plates like Cuajitos con Guineitos, Asopao de Gandules y Pollo Asado con Viandas and much more.
