Set in historic Melrose theater, this over-the-top spot serves modern takes on American classics.

Sinema is a sleek restaurant and bar offering an entire dining experience that hinges on impeccable service. Built on heritage, community and culture, the team provides an atmosphere of relaxed luxury. Chef Kyle Patterson brings an eclectic American menu that is unique to Nashville, with emphasis on classically inspired dishes with a modern spin. Sinema is housed in Nashville’s historic Melrose theatre. The theatre opened in 1942 and quickly became a local hotspot throughout the 40s and 50s. Our goal was to keep the essence of the old theatre, while updating it to reflect the modern dining service we provide.
