Brick Oven Pub in the heart of historical downtown Cortland NY. Opened in July of 2010 by restauranteurs Robby Petrella & Evan Souzas. BRIX cultivates an exciting atmosphere that hipsters seem to gravitate toward. Along with amazing brick oven pizzas the menu also includes massive sandwiches (handcrafted hand helds), salads that can be entrees and an appetizer list that includes homemade mozzarella stix & Buffalo chicken egg rolls. Check out their lineup of handcrafted micro brews and their signature house concoctions aka Thirst Cures.

Every Sunday is BRUNCH from 11am – 2pm. 9 flat screen TVs with the NFL ticket!
