Modeled to offer healthy food from scratch. February 2020, Hot Contents opened after 6 months renovation. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks from open it was closed due to COVID19. Holding onto an empty establishment for an entire year and working other jobs, a menu was established. Still modeled to make most items from scratch, while trying to keep prices reasonable. Hot Contents reopened in February 2021. Hot Contents is currently one of few businesses in the area committed to scratch cooking practices. Hopeful, this little establishment is starting to make an imprint in the state of Maine.
