Special-occasion, Mexican-inspired counter-serve venue with a bar & fusion tasting menu option.

BRUTØ is located inside of Free Market on the Dairy Block of downtown Denver. The BRUTØ dining room consists of a sixteen seat chef counter that faces into our open concept kitchen. Please make a reservation to join us for a mutli course Omakase-style tasting menu dinner. Our chef counter is open for dinner Wednesday-Saturday evenings with seatings available between 5:30-8:00pm.
Additionally, we offer lunch Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11am. Enjoy an a la carte menu of tacos and other casual fare or a four course tasting menu, along with cocktails, wine, and beer!

When you’ re looking for a vibrant place to get together in a casual and relaxing atmosphere then we’ve got you covered. Ideally suited for 5 to 12 guests standing, with the addition of a few bar stools, our chef’s counter nook is the perfect spot to catch up with friends over drinks and snacks in the bustling Free Market space
Family Style Dinner
For large parties and events you can experience BRUTO. Please keep in mind, BRUTO is inside Free Market which is a public space. There will be other guests shopping around but BRUTO will be closed for you. We will work with you to create a menu. You and your guests can choose any combination of items from our current seasonal menu with the understanding that these are meant to be shared and will arrive at your table as they are ready. Booking prices are based off of a 3 hour experience. Thank you for considering us!
