At locally owned and operated Riggatti’s Wood Fired Pizza, we pride ourselves in crafting high quality Artisan pizza patterned after the Neapolitan style. We make our dough fresh daily, using real olive oil, and let it rise 3 times for a perfectly light, airy crust with just the right amount of crunch. We top our pizzas using only the finest ingredients and cook them in our seasoned wood fired ovens at 700 degrees to deliver a one of a kind taste.
