That’s been our motto for 40 years. Originally from Detroit Michigan, the Cranias family has opened and operated over 20 independent restaurants between Detroit and Orlando. Most of our restaurants were called Christo’s. Named after our father and family patriarch, Chris Cranias….”The Old Man” as we used to call him. Papa Christo’s passed away several years ago, but the tradition lives on through his six children. “The Original Christo’s” in Downtown Sanford is our best effort to create a state of the art family oriented restaurant. Real Food For Real People is our mission! We don’t claim to be a health food restaurant or a trendy cafe. We are a grassroots family restaurant where friends and family can come eat.
