SPIRITS
LYDIA
Named after the spirit of Greenbrier, this ethereal martini blends Wheatley Vodka with fresh squeezed lemon juice and house made lavender simple syrup. Garnished with a lavender-infused sugar rim and a lemon wheel soaked in Creme de Violet.
DYLAN
Our signature Old Fashioned, made with Bob Dylan’s Heaven’s Door Bourbon, vanilla bean simple syrup, and bitters. Served in an oak and pecan smoke-washed snifter over black cherry ice spheres. Garnished with Filthy Black Cherries.
SMITH
Subtle heat from muddled jalapeños compliments the Tres Agaves Añejo tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice. Topped with scratch-made sour mix and garnished with smoked sea salt.
VOLSTEAD
Prohibition may be over, but our love for Gin is not. This cocktail combines McQueen and the Violet Fog with muddled strawberries, cucumbers, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and ruby red grapefruit juice. Topped with our floral St. Germaine foam.
CROCKETT
This layered masterpiece combines High West Double Rye, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Topped with our Crockett Foam, made with orange juice, maple syrup, and egg whites, this cocktail is both boozy and sweet. Garnished with a smoking sprig of fresh rosemary.
OUT OF HIBERNATION
Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Giffard Créme de Mire, 1821 Lavender & Grapefruit Bitters, simple syrup, lemon juice & egg white. Topped with an edible black bear decal.
SUMMER SUNSET
Strawberry infused Wheatley Vodka, peach cordial, St. Germaine, simple syrup, lemon juice and pink sparkling edible cocktail glitter. Topped with a crushed cube made with Butterfly Pea Flower extract.

Cavicchioli 1928 Rose Spumante with bursting passion fruit edible pearls.

Ketel One Botanicals Grapefruit & Rose Vodka, ruby red grapefruit juice and Sprite with a sugared rim
BURRO JALISCO
This concoction will give your taste buds a kick with Blue Nectar Silver Tequila, Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and ginger beer. Served in a cayenne pepper and sugar-rimmed copper mug.
RED KING
Our Winter Sangria made with red wine, locally-made King’s Family Straight Bourbon, rosemary-thyme-sage simple syrup, Amaro and lemon juice. Both herbal, sweet and fit for a King.
GARDEN MARY
Chef’s own garden vegetable Bloody Mary puree, Wheatley Vodka, lemon pepper bitters and fresh citrus juice. Includes moonshine pickles and bleu cheese-stuffed olives.
LAFITTE’S BOULEVARDIER
The Pirate Lafitte himself would enjoy this twist on the famous French cocktail. We’ve replaced the whiskey with Bumbu rum (notes of banana, vanilla and caramel), and added coconut oil-washed Campari, sweet vermouth and banana jam. Garnished with star anise
