Independently owned, locally supported, family operated business that believes in using quality products to provide a better dinning experience. We source and support local farms in our neighborhood (Lincoln Middle School, Palmquist Elementary, South O Elementary, Cyclops Farms) for organic produce and herbs. The heart of our business is our 100% pure coal fire pizza oven which is the largest in North County creating authentic Neapolitan Pies. Add an extensive wine and beer list with Craft Wine Cocktails and seasonal dinning specials by our colaborative kitchen, run by Executive Chef Samanth, and you have The Privateer Coal Fire Pizza!
