Braza Brava was born from a passion and family tradition of craftsmanship to the highest degree of detail. From the wood-fired pizza oven built in Italy by legendary oven builder Stefano Ferrara, who is from a suburb in Naples, to the hand crafted wooden tables and bar top of both made personally by the owners from repurposed long-leaf pine, the experience of Braza Brava is meant to invoke a celebration of craft.
