For that reason, our Udon noodles are made by hand every morning. The ingredients used for udon are carefully selected.DON’t forget about the udon soup. We also make the soup every morning. After combining the soup and the special AGED soy sauce, it’s ready to be served. Udon is a dish that uses only very simple ingredients, but WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT FOR YOU TO EXPERIENCE the unforgettable taste.
