It all started about a year ago, when we had a family celebration for my daughter. We made tacos and our guests started complementing our pastor and asada tacos. In that moment ideas started spreading in our minds and that’s when we decided to do our own catering. We gave our costumers a great satisfaction, which helped us grow and achieve our next success. So we decided to open our very first food truck Blue Tortilla
