Simple stand serving Japanese-Hawaiian fusion fare, including a variety of ramen & rice bowls.

PDX founded foodcart and restaurant, Hapa, serving authentic Japanese style ramen with hints of Hawaiian infused flavors. We have custom sourced extra springy noodles and prepare in house assari style broths with full bodied flavors enhanced by Hawaiian sea salts. Our primary ingredients are sourced from local butchers and farms including Cascade and S&P Provisions. We pride ourselves on serving consistent high quality ramen without all the hype.

We support our local community the Japanese Immersion Program; Richmond Elementary, Mt. Tabor Middle, and Grant High School along with local SE schools fundraisers and auctions.
