Valor is a New-American Bistro that brings an approachable take to fine dining in downtown Glencoe. Our dishes are prepared from scratch daily. The menu constantly changes based on seasonal market offerings.

The Valor menu highlights pastas made in-house daily, slow-roasted meats, wild fish and seafood, along with many other celebrated classics.

Valor’s signature cocktails, or any wine from the Wine Spectator award-winning list, top off the dining experience at Valor.
The space is set in warm tones of beige and grays and boasts rich woods, metals and stone making it the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal, night out or simply a late night bite.
