Our restaurants have a contemporary ambiance and serve a modern take on most of our dishes that derive from family recipes past down from generations.
ethos Greek Bistro’s cooking style is vastly based on the native island of Crete… situated at the most southern part of Greece and surrounded by the Aegean and Mediterranean seas. Crete, the birthplace of the Mediterranean diet, is considered to be light, mainly vegan, vegetarian and seafood-based with less emphasis on red meats and pasta.
