Royal Rib has been a staple in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York for over 60 years. We are an American Barbecue/Soul Food restaurant that has serviced the public for generations. It all began when my grandfather; apa Calvin landed here in NYC fresh off of the farms from the Carolinas (North and South.) He was immediately known for his savory aromas that filled the ir in the backstreets of Stuyvesant Heights. He created a sauce to pair with his rotisserie style ribs and chicken. People would line up with jars and containers to be filled with our signature Calvin’s Royal Rib House BBQ Sauce. Our job is to carry the torch that has been passed on to us from his daughter Carol Ann. With love we present to you Royal Rib NYC !
