Welcome to MTN Prime. We are a newer-ish (est. May ‘16) restaurant, but this is not our first rodeo, as we have owned and operated dozens of restaurants in Colorado over the years. MTN Prime uses ONLY fresh and as-local-as-we-can-get ingredients. We don’t mess around with frozen, bagged, or canned products. Everything we serve was made from scratch, from our own recipes.
We use “never, ever” CO Angus grass-fed beef, meaning no preservatives or antibiotics, and it has never been frozen. This is NOT fast, or even quick, food. We designed this menu to be savored. Please prepare to relax. We will keep your drinks full. Enjoy the company that you are fortunate enough to spend time with today. We hope that you join us in our restaurant ASAP!
