Smoked Droptop Lasagna Not your typical lasagna. The droptop_lasagna is made with fresh pulled pork, drenched in our homemade BBQ sauce, then stacked and layered with our blend of smoked cheeses. It’s a must try when it’s available.	$13.00
Droptop Pork Chop Sandwich The droptop pork chop sandwich is a top tier sandwich made with a single bone in pork chop, fresh pulled pork, a hard fried egg, then layered with our droptop sauce and smoked cheese. Served with our fresh potato wedges and a (16oz) drink.	$13.00
Droptop Chicken Sandwich The droptop chicken sandwich is a smoked hand cut chicken breast with a layer of smoked sliced Boston butt, fresh lettuce, and topped with droptop sauce. The chicken breast is marinaded and seasoned to perfection, and the Boston butt is slow smoked and tender as can be, the fresh bun and fresh crunch from the lettuce brings this all together with the sweetness and kick from the droptop sauce. It’s a must try when offered.	$13.00
Droptop Wings The wings are marinaded, then seasoned, then to the smoker for a long low smoke, then to the fryer, then get tossed in droptop sauce. Juicy and seasoned to perfection.	$13.00
Smoked Pot Roast Beef pot roast seasoned heavy and slow smoked until tender… but we also smoked all the fresh vegetables that go along with it (potatoes, carrots, onions, and bell pepper blend).	$13.00
Smoked Turkey We marinate the whole turkey in a unique season blend for 24hrs, then rub with our house blend before going to the smoker. The choice is yours as to what part you like, we smoke the entire turkey (leg, thigh, breast, wing) and carve to your liking.	$13.00
Smoked Honey Garlic Chicken Alfredo New item was added to droptop_barbecue menu last week. This is Smoked Garlic Honey Chicken Alfredo. The entire process passes through the smoker multiple times. The chicken is marinated, then seasoned, then smoked. Scratch made Garlic Alfredo sauce is added with mixed vegetables. It’s put together then back to the smoker with a layer of four cheese blend for finishing touches.	$13.00

BBQ Baked Beans Our baked beans are slow simmered with a blend of our smoked meats and a special house seasoning for a sweet and tender experience. A daily menu item.
Green Beans Smoked on the grill, our fresh green beans are tossed in a blend of garlic and butter prior to serving.
Mac and Cheese Creamy and cheesy macaroni and cheese, simple but done just right.
Smoked Asparagus Smoked on grill and seasoned with garlic and butter.
Potato Wedges Typically added to our special sandwiches, our wedges are hand cut and seasoned, then deep fried to perfection for a tender potato center and flavorful and crunchy outside.
Shrimp & Okra Fresh okra cooked with our local fresh wild caught shrimps. A southern classic.
Stuffed Jalapeños Served as a side or multiple as a dinner, the stuffed jalapeño is sweet and spicy, topped with pulled pork, droptop sauce, and smoked four blend cheese; it’s perfect in so many ways.
Pasta Salad Our pasta salad is made from scratch with fresh cucumbers, onions, bell pepper blend, carrots, tomatoes, and tri-color rotini pasta then layered with our Italian style based dressing. Fresh is the key, fresh is mandatory, fresh is the only way.
