Hemingway’s Tavern is an epicurean adventure inspired by the life and writings of Nobel and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Ernest Hemingway. With an emphasis on his beloved Key West home, the menu incorporates ambitious Floribbean flavors along with signature sandwiches, specials and classic dishes executed to perfection. Popular choices include the world-famous Cuban Sandwich, Snapper Hemingway, Key West Bowl, Bison Burger and Truffle Fries. If brunch is on the agenda, Hemingway’s serves up a popular menu from 10am to 2pm on weekends. Ernest “Papa” Hemingway was also renowned for sharing a cocktail or two with his pals in the “Key West Mob,” especially his favorite Mojito.
