SMALL PLATES
Monkey Bites
A shareable platter of our thin-and-crispy cheese, garlic and herbed bread with house marinara and ranch for dipping. Gluten free available.
Sliders
Three seasoned Baja Vaca grilled beef patties, sharp cheddar cheese and caramelized red onions, on lightly toasted sweet rolls. Gluten-free ‘Protein Style’ lettuce wrap available upon request.
Meatballs
Traditional Italian meatballs using Baja Vaca beef, topped with house marinara sauce, shaved parmesan and fresh basil chiffonade. Served with garlic bread.
