No Garlic, no ginger, no onions, no lactose, no gluten, no salt, not sweet, hot, xxhot, xxxhot, insane hot, mild, even more mild than mild….and of course it’s a nut free kitchen. Call it passion or the love for what I do…I sing most of the times while cooking and that’s the love that get infused in my food. Never try to rush a Chef, a lawyer or a doctor.
