Our style of barbecuing is not traditional. We specialize in tri-tip, stuffed smoked turkey legs with shrimp mac & cheese, ribs, chicken, pulled pork. One meat is cooked with apple, pecan, oak and hickory wood. We make our very own rubs and seasonings, and all of our sides are made from scratch with love.
