Mỹ Tho is a city located in the Mekong Delta region of South Viet Nam. MT Noodles represents this city whereas our head chef was born. She is passionate about food and is pleased to share her joy of cooking with you. Anh, head chef, Denny, oldest son & Yen, daughter-n-law founded MT Noodles January 2014.
