Every Tangled Roots restaurant has a distinctive local character, inspired by the history of the town and its community. In the case of Glenview we took our inspiration from the story of the Naval airbase, through which generations of pilots and servicemen and women passed, including George H Bush and Neil Armstrong. We have tried to capture this sense of adventure not just in our name but in our globally-inspired menu, drawing on flavors, ingredients and textures from around the world.
