We still cook our pork shoulders the same way we did in 1952, with hardwood charcoal and green hickory wood. Our goal has always been to offer a top quality product. Because of your support, we now have 16 locations to serve you. Tops Bar-B-Q is now available from Marion, AR, throughout Memphis, to Millington and Bartlett, TN and on to Southaven and Olive Branch, MS.
