most of the french coffee out there is so badly burned that it resembles coal more than coffee. our blend of sumatran, colombian, nicaraguan and guatemalan coffee is dark yet not bitter. the fact that it is also organic and fair trade makes it a rare find indeed.		 $17.00
Decaffeinated Coffee
the name says it all. the blend is medium roasted and composed of up to three different organic/fair trade coffees from south and central america.		 $19.00
Light Roast
our light roast is the lightest coffee we serve. it is a blend of up to eight kinds of beans including colombian, ethiopian, sumatran/javan, and brazilian coffees from small estates. like the rest of our blends, light roast consists of hundred percent organic and fair trade certified coffees.		 $17.00
Medium Roast
medium bodied roast designed for espresso but delicious in any type of brew. hundred percent organic and fair trade.		 $17.00
