St. Bernadus Abt 12 St. Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world. It is therefore no surprise that it is our brewery’s flagship beer, ranked at the very top of the St. Bernardus beer hierarchy. It is brewed in the classic quadrupel style and adheres to the original 1946 recipe. 10% ABV ~ 22 IBU
Lychee Black Tea Sour Ale Lucky Envelope Seattle ~ This culturally inspired beer is deliciously balanced with real lychee & Seattle’s own Marketspice black tea. The earthy flavors of Chinese black tea with the bright, floral flavor of lychee meld together delightfully in their lightly acidic base golden sour. 5.7% ABV
Asahi Super Dry Lager Asahi Breweries Tokyo, Japan ~ brewed for a crisp taste and quick clean finish. Call it Karakuchi taste! 5.2% ABV
YUZU Belgian-Style Wit Ale Shimai Toshi Brewing ~ A classic Belgian-style wit ale infused with yuzu alongside the traditional spicing of coriander, lemon peel and sweet orange peel. 4.7% ABV ~ 0 IBU
Chairman Chuck IPA Georgetown Brewing Seattle ~ Unfiltered and straw colored in appearance this IPA presents aromas of pineapple and tropical fruit on first the whiff, but as it warms up the beer begins to develop qualities of ripened peaches. The flavor shifts direction from the aroma and puts on a showcase of dank stone fruit and elements of pine. 7% ABV
