Angelo’s mother taught him everything when it came to food. So it no wonder that the Brooklyn native chose a career in the restaurant industry, an industry he would be begin working in more than 30 years ago. For Angelo, cooking equals happiness and the most important thing at Esposito’s, besides bringing recipes to life, is the relationship he has with customers. If you make more than one trip to the restaurant you’ll notice that many of those customers aren’t simply customers, they’re regulars. It’s become a tight-knit community where dishes like fruta di mare and the grandma pizza are favorites and foodies can find exactly what they’re looking for to satisfy their cravings.
