Chef owned and operated restaurant and catering company by Chef Doug. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelors degree in culinary arts. Chef Doug has worked in Rhode Island, Miami, D.C. and Atlanta before returning to his original roots in NH and operating his own business since 2003. Kitchen 56 was designed as a small from scratch kitchen focusing on fresh ingredients, good value, and good service that is a comfortable place for gathering with friends and family.
