We grind our own peppercorn, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks and star anise. These fresh ground spices are added to a base of loose leaf Assam and Darjeeling tea. Think of the difference between your normal beer infused with CO2 that gives it that tingly, effervescent feel, the same gas used in sodas.
