Motivated by the desire to provide a healthy and sustainable contribution to the community, Wally set out to raise a quality meat source with the support and love of his wife, Katie. Bison became an obvious choice as they learned about the animals and how healthy (and delicious) the meat is. The Archers bought some land in 2011 and slowly started to build their farm and grow a family. They bought their first two bison in 2014 and began selling bison meat. They now keep busy serving the Lord, Jesus Christ, while raising their growing family and herd.
