By trade, we’re a collection of corporate hacks/has-been’s who decided it was a good idea to open up a ramen restaurant as a second or even a third job. Our respective families might miss us a bit more (or not at all) and we may be a bit overextended, but this pursuit has certainly been worthwhile.
