Chef John Walsh & Morchella Provisions provide catering to Twickenham House & Hall. John’s specialty is American Cuisine with a Provencal & Tuscan influence. He has also mastered Eurasian cuisine by blending the two cultures together. Morchella has onsite gardens growing organic herbs, flowers, & produce for use in his creations, along with teaming with local farmers for farm to table catering.
