Page Road Grill is a member of the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group, which also includes Squid’s Restaurant and Oyster Bar, 411 West Italian Café, Mez Contemporary Mexican Restaurant, and CHRG Catering. We offer an extensive menu with an emphasis on Southern cuisine. Our lunch menu features a delectable variety of sandwiches, burgers and salads, and our dinner menu includes Southern favorites like Shrimp and Grits, Smoked Brisket, Crab Cakes, and Shrimp and Corn Hushpuppies.
