The restaurant’s name comes from the owner/operator Rosaldo Luna who brings her traditional family recipes with original flavors and fresh ingredients to the kitchen. Everything is cooked from scratch with home-made excellence such as Asado, Chile Verde, and steaks that grilled to perfection with time-honored seasoning.
