We are a NEW business that started the season as an artisan ice cream shop, but due to the restrictions brought on by the pandemic we had to make a lot of pivots to survive. Food was going to be a project for year 2, but we pivoted to Specialty Barbeque (while still offering some of the BEST ice cream around).
