Do you love authentic Cajun food? Here at Prejean’s, we’ve been serving up delicious Cajun flavors for decades. In November 2020, we started a new chapter under the ownership of Tim Metcalf, Greg Metcalf and Ken Boudreaux. Our new owners bring a combined total of over 75 years of restaurant industry experience, and they look forward to spending many more years here at Prejean’s.
