AGAVE | |
ALIPUS SAN BALTAZAR MEZCAL Alipus San Baltazar is made with agave Espadin. Don Cosme Hernandez and his son Cirilo ferment this Mezcal in very old pine vats. Their Mezcals are soft, well-fruited, with minerality. San Baltazar is the most popular Alipus in the Mexican market (by sales), meaning that it can be more limited abroad. |
$18.00 |
ALIPUS SAN LUIS DEL RIO MEZCAL Alipus San Luis uses agave Espadin that is grown in sandy soil at about 4100 feet above sea level. The soils are sandy with lots of rocks, and the climate is hot. Mezcalero Don Baltazar ferments the cooked agave in 1500-liter pine vats. He distills in copper. His mezcals are rich, full-bodied, and often fruity. |
$18.00 |
ALQUIMIA ANEJO Aroma : All cherry, berry, agave, oak and caramel on the nose. Taste : Notes from the aroma carry through here too, just with a little more spice. Finish : Medium/long with more fruity notes, and some caramel as well. – Erica Boorom, Tequila Ninja |

ANIMAS MEZCAL The agaves are harvested after 8 years and cooked in a conical ground oven, milled with a tahona, fermented in wooden vats, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The nose is sweet with an herbal finish. On the palate, this mezcal is fresh, herbal and mentholated. |

CAYEYA REPOSADO It’s a delight of agave and oak on the nose, along with light vanilla and a whiff of caramel in the background. Those agaves are ever present and joined by a pleasant sweetness on the palate. There’s vanilla in there, as well as zesty, citrusy notes. A touch of oak rounds it all up nicely. |
$28.00 |
BLUE NECTAR Sweet agave, spice and a touch a floral on the nose. A little light in the body, immediate notes of oak and caramel, followed by a quick hit of pepper. A short and simple finish. – Gregg Time, Tequila Ninja |
$9.00 |
CAYEYA BLANCO Tequila Cayeya blanco is made using traditional production methods. CAZCANES JOVEN The aroma is funky and good at same time (lactic/moldy cheese, while the agave is pushing through). The flavor and finish exceeds the aroma. Very unique! – Byron Holmes, Tequila Badass |
$22.00 |

MAESTRO DOBEL CRISTALLINO Extra Anejo Cristalinos are somewhat unusual creations. This one does not disappoint. It has a rich, mildly fruity, mildly sweet aroma, and the flavor is similar. A nice balance of fig, dried stone fruit, into moderately sweet cooked agave, then into a very slight leathery bitterness. Overall it is very nice, as it should be for the price. – Virginia Tardy, Tequila Fan |
$38.00 |
MI CAMPO REPOSADO Cinnamon, vanilla, toffee on the nose. Butterscotch on the taste. Worthers original. Finish is quick and sweet. – JP DeYoung, Tequila Guru |
$9.00 |
MAESTRO DOBEL DIAMANTE Made with 100% pure agave and formulated using a blend of Extra-Anejo, Anejo and Reposado tequilas, this exceptional tequila is unique. After the tequila has completed its aging process, it goes through a proprietary filtration process that allows us to selectively remove the color, while preserving the tequila’s complexity and smoothness. A complex mix of sweet flavors — caramel, honey and maple as well as nutty and vanilla notes. An indescribable smoothness and a long finish that leaves you wanting more. |
$11.00 |
MI CAMPO BLANCO This is an interesting product, a blanco rested in wine barrels and not just oak, a very cool label, very dense artistically, drawing on many iconic tequila and Mexican images and really, really inexpensive. It still for me has a bit of the Cofradia funk but I am enjoying the blend of wine elements and the slightly viscous and oily blanco tequila. Very mild on the palate this has a fairly long though somewhat one note finish. Alcohol never overwhelms the flavor profile and this ends up with some lingering agave sweetness and some acidic wine elements. – Seattle Juan, Tequila Honey Badger |
$8.00 |
OLMECA ALTOS PLATA Crisp mineral, herbal, citrus and pineapple nose. Lightly sweet start, with agave and pepper following. – Remy Newland, Tequila Wizard |
$8.00 |
OLMECA ALTOS REPOSADO Aroma : Cooked agave, oak, vanilla. Some pepper and cinnamon here as well. Taste : Some agave presence, caramel, cinnamon, not as much oak as I would expect from the aroma. Some black pepper as well as nutmeg and anise. Finish : Medium length with caramel, cinnamon, and orange flavor. More agave and very light pepper here as well. – Erica Boorom, Tequila Ninja |
$9.00 |

PUNTAGAVE SOTOL Each bottle contains the distilled nectar of an estimated 15-year-old plant, providing the richest agave scent and flavor one can find in a Sotol. The pinas of the sotol are placed in a volcanic rock-lined pit where they roast for 3-4 days. They are then hand-crushed and open-air fermented for 4-8 days. Distillation occurs in a pot-still fueled by fire for the first distillation and gas for the second. It is distilled to 60-80% ABV and brought down to proof. It rests for 60 days before bottling unfiltered. |
$10.00 |
RAICILLA MEXICAT It offers a delicious and unique citrus and floral fragrance, easy to distinguish between other distillates made from agave like Tequila, Mezcal. |
$22.00 |
TANTEO JALAPENO BLANCO | $9.00 |
TEARS OF LLORONA Aroma: A pleasant blend of oak, cooked agave, caramel, and vanilla. Taste: Vanilla and caramel across the pallet, mixed with sweet cooked agave and dried apricot. Finish: Cooked agave and dried apricot, with the same notes of caramel, oak, and vanilla present throughout. Lingering taste coupled with a nice dryness, one can taste the alcohol but the bite is almost non-existent. Overall: An amazingly good extra anejo, one of the best without question. – Nic Salcedo, Tequila Guru |
$52.00 |
TRES AROMAS A tequila with great character, aging in the coated barrels of French Oak for 24 months gives this tequila its complexity while highlighting the flavors that gives its presence on the palate. The aging compensates us with soft and subtle notes of pure wood, chocolate, vanilla and cooked agave, its aroma is persistent and elegant. |
$40.00 |
1146 ANEJO SELECTION The first hit on the aroma is caramelized plum, with secondary notes of brown sugar and vanilla. The flavor follows through with the same notes of brown sugar combined with baking spices, which come through strong and identifiable at the end. The finish is a burst of anise blended with cinnamon sticks, and a port wine sweetness. – Nick Salcedo, Tequila Guru |
