The Perez-Herrera family made their American Dream come true in 2005 when they started their first restaurant venture in the food court of a Mexican grocery store in West Valley City, Utah.
It did not take long before the Northern Utah community had taken notice to the unique flavor of their seafood menu. Many people drive from faraway towns to try this delicious food.
Influenced by the cooking of his upbringing, Chef Mario Perez, learned the art of cooking and preparing seafood with the fresh ingredients of his hometown, El Dorado Culiacán in the State of Sinaloa Mexico.
